Who We Are

Building a Major Gold Producer in South America

Aris Mining is a Canadian gold mining company with four core assets in Colombia and Guyana. We are growing production from our two operating mines while advancing two large-scale development projects, creating a clear path toward becoming a major gold producer in the Americas.

A Clear Path to Growth

Aris Mining owns four core gold assets, providing a strong foundation for growth. Our two producing operations, Segovia and Marmato, are both expanding, while our two development projects continue to advance. Soto Norte has completed a Pre-Feasibility Study, and Toroparu is progressing toward completion of its Pre-Feasibility Study in Q4 2026.

Our strategy to build Aris Mining into a leading gold producer is supported by this high-quality asset base, our financial strength, and an experienced leadership team with a track record of developing and operating mines.

  1. This preliminary economic assessment is preliminary in nature, it includes inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves, and there is no certainty that the preliminary economic assessment will be realized. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability.
  2. Soto Norte is expected to have annual average production of 263 koz (years 2 to 10)

Financial Strength to Fund Growth

Our growing production base, strong balance sheet and cash generation provide the financial capacity to invest in our existing operations and advance our development projects.

Our Experienced Leadership Team

Our leadership team brings extensive experience building and operating gold mining companies. The team has a demonstrated track record of improving operations, extending mine lives, securing permits, delivering major projects and executing successful growth strategies.

Mining Through Partnership

Partnership is central to how we operate, particularly in Colombia. Through our Contract Mining Partner (CMP) model, we work with local small-scale miners to support formalization, safer and more responsible mining practices, and increased production while creating shared economic value.
The CMP model is established and growing at Segovia, active and expanding at Marmato, and has been incorporated into the future operating model at Soto Norte.

Built Through Disciplined Growth

Since Aris Mining was formed, we have built a portfolio of high-quality gold assets through a combination of acquisition, investment and operational improvement. Today, that portfolio provides a clear path to production growth across assets we already own.
