Neil Woodyer
Chair and CEO
Neil Woodyer was a founder and the CEO of both Leagold Mining Corporation and Endeavour Mining. He has an extensive history in the mining sector creating growth strategies, implementing financing plans, and leading management teams. In 1988, Mr. Woodyer founded Endeavour Financial, a successful mining merchant banking and advisory business. In 2009, he devised Endeavour’s growth strategy, and, as CEO, Mr. Woodyer led Endeavour Financial’s transition from a financial company into a mine operations and development company, Endeavour Mining. Endeavour grew through a series of acquisitions and new mine builds to become one of the largest gold producers in West Africa. In 2016, Mr. Woodyer founded and served as the CEO of Leagold Mining, which developed gold mines in Mexico and Brazil. Following the Leagold Mining merger with Equinox Gold Corp. in 2020, Mr. Woodyer took the helm at Aris Gold Corp., and led the company to its merger with GCM Mining Corp. to create Aris Mining Corporation in 2022.
Doug Bowlby
President
Doug Bowlby has experience implementing corporate growth strategies, including corporate acquisitions and successful mine construction and a wide range of corporate finance initiatives, including debt and equity capital markets financings. Mr. Bowlby was one of the founding executives of Aris Gold in 2021, Leagold Mining in 2016 (acquired by Equinox Gold), and Endeavour Mining in 2009. Prior to these roles, Mr. Bowlby was Managing Director, Research and Analysis at Endeavour Financial, a boutique investment and merchant banking company focused exclusively on the global mining industry. Mr. Bowlby is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute.
Cameron Paterson
CFO
Cam brings extensive financial leadership experience within the mining sector. He joined Pan American Silver in 2014 and has served in executive roles since 2015, including as Vice President, Financial Reporting, and, since 2022, as Senior Vice President, Finance and Information Technology. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Finance at a Vancouver-based junior mining company, and he began his career at Deloitte. Cam is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a degree in Economics (with distinction) from the University of Victoria, as well as a Diploma in Accounting from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
Oliver Dachsel
SVP, Capital Markets
Oliver Dachsel joined Aris Mining in April 2024 as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets. Prior to joining Aris Mining, Mr. Dachsel was a Managing Director at Jefferies with coverage responsibility for mining companies in the base and precious metals sectors globally. Mr. Dachsel has more than 17 years of investment banking experience, advising private and publicly listed corporations and financial sponsors on M&A, shareholder activism and defense, capital structure optimization and capital formation (raising debt and equity capital in public and private markets). During his investment banking career, Mr. Dachsel has advised on more than $45 billion of completed M&A, debt and equity capital markets transactions, working at Jefferies (2016 – 2023) and Deutsche Bank (2006 – 2016) in New York (2011 – 2023), London (2008 – 2011) and Frankfurt (2006 – 2008). Mr. Dachsel earned his Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Ashley Baker
Chief Legal Officer
Ashley Baker has experience advising public and private companies with the execution of their growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions, and finance initiatives through debt and equity financings. Ms. Baker was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2010 and prior to joining Aris Gold (now Aris Mining) in 2020, Ms. Baker was Vice President, Legal at Leagold Mining until it merged with Equinox Gold. She previously practiced law at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in the Securities practice group where she gained extensive experience representing publicly listed mining companies with their mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and governance needs. Ms. Baker earned her LLB at the University of Alberta and also holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and Master of Science from UBC.
Corné Lourens
SVP, Projects
Cornelius (Corné) Lourens is a metallurgist with 30+ years of experience in mining production, consulting and managing operations in South Africa, West Africa, North and South America. Prior to joining Aris Mining, Mr Lourens was SVP Technical Services with Equinox Gold, providing technical and operational guidance and advice to the mines and projects. Previously, he was the SVP Operations of the Brazil mines for Equinox Gold and Leagold Mining. Prior to that, he was the general manager of several mines for Endeavour Mining, during its growth and establishment as a mid-tier mining company in West Africa. Mr Lourens holds a National Higher Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering at the Vaal Institute of Technology, South Africa. He is registered as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a qualified person as set out in National Instrument 43-101.
Dustin VanDoorselaere
SVP, Operations
Dustin VanDoorselaere is a mining engineer with more than 30 years of experience in operational and technical roles across underground and open-pit mining operations, exploration, and construction projects. He has worked throughout North, Central, and South America, Australia, and Africa, and is fluent in English and Spanish. Mr. VanDoorselaere has held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Operations at New Pacific Metals, overseeing projects in Bolivia and Ecuador, Vice President of Operations at Calibre Mining, and Chief Operating Officer at First Majestic Silver. Mr. VanDoorselaere holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering (Hons) from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario.
Pamela De Mark
SVP, Geology and Exploration
Pamela De Mark is a mining geologist with 30 years of experience in mine production, consulting, management, and finance in the Americas, Australia, Africa, and Europe. Prior to joining Aris Gold (now Aris Mining), Ms De Mark was Senior Vice President, Mining Finance with Macquarie Group in Toronto, providing capital solutions to the junior mining sector. Previously she was Director of Mineral Resources with Pan American Silver. Ms De Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Geology from the University of Technology, Sydney. She is a Professional Geologist registered with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia and leads the Company’s mineral resource and reserve estimates, technical studies, due diligence reviews, and technical public disclosure.
Graham Parsons
SVP, Technical Services
Graham Parsons is a mining engineer with more than 30 years of experience in operational, technical, project and consulting roles across underground and open-pit mining operations. He has held senior leadership and consulting positions with Hawcroft International, Leagold Mining, Golder Associates, Anglo American and Nyrstar. Mr. Parsons joined the team during the Leagold period and has since held project management and acting General Manager roles. At Aris Mining, he has led technical studies for the Toroparu and Soto Norte projects. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mining engineering from the University of Nottingham and an MBA in Mineral Resource Management from the University of Dundee in the United Kingdom.
Jonny Cheminais
VP, Human Resources
Jon Cheminais is a certified human resources professional with more than 30 years of experience supporting mining projects and operations across Africa, the Middle East, North America and South America. Prior to joining Aris Mining, Mr. Cheminais was Managing Director of Organisational Development Services (Pty) Ltd, a human resources and organisational development firm providing consulting services to multinational companies in the mining and construction sectors. He previously held several human resources leadership roles with Barrick Gold Corporation, including Senior Director, Human Resources for Global Operations; Senior Director, Organisational Effectiveness; Human Resources Director for Barrick’s Global Copper Business Unit; and Human Resources Manager at Jabal Sayid, a greenfield project of the Ma’aden Barrick Copper Company joint venture in Saudi Arabia. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cheminais held human resources and organisational effectiveness roles with Great Basin Gold and Caspian Mining in Africa. He holds an Honours Degree in Human Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa and is registered as a Master Human Resources Practitioner with the South African Board for People Practices.

Alejandro Jimenez
Country Manager, Colombia
Mr. Jimenez has over 15 years of experience in environmental, social, government legal, and corporate affairs in the resource industry. Prior to joining Aris Mining in 2023, Mr. Jimenez held the roles of Corporate Counsel, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, Senior Corporate Sustainability Manager and Corporate Affairs Director at Frontera Energy Corp., (Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp.,). In 2019, he became Partner at AVENTTUS SAS, a Corporate Affairs and ESG management firm in Colombia. From 2020 to 2021, Mr. Jimenez served as International Affairs Director at the Colombian Attorney General’s Office in Colombia. Mr. Jimenez is a Lawyer from the University of Los Andes and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the same institution and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Georgetown University – McDonough School of Business, in Washington, D.C.
Giovanna Romero
SVP, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability
Giovanna Romero has more than 20 years of experience in corporate affairs and sustainability in the resource sector. She has worked both in public and private companies successfully executing ESG strategies that help maintain the social license to operate. Prior to joining Aris Mining in 2022, Ms. Romero worked at the Cerrejón mine as the Social Dialogue Manager, and has also held the roles of Corporate Affairs Director and Social Responsibility and Sustainability Manager at Frontera Energy – Pacific Exploration and Production, Social Responsibility Manager at C&C Energy and has also worked as a consultant for social, communications, and government engagement. Ms. Romero is a lawyer with a Masters degree in Social Responsibility from the University of Barcelona.
Tomás López
SVP, Administration
Tomás López has more than 30 years of leadership experience in finance, administration, governance and corporate management across the mining and natural resources sectors. Prior to joining Aris Mining, he spent nearly three decades with Glencore’s Cerrejón and Prodeco operations in Colombia, where he served as Finance and Administration Manager and led functions including treasury, taxation, accounting, logistics, foreign trade, compliance, information technology and insurance. At Aris Mining, Mr. López Vera serves as Senior Vice President, Administration and Legal Representative for the company’s Colombian subsidiaries, with responsibility for finance, legal affairs, human resources, technology, procurement and general administration. He also brings extensive corporate governance and board experience. Mr. López is an economist and holds a Specialization in Finance, as well as executive education in International Senior Management, from Universidad de los Andes, and is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian.
Yaneth Mantilla
SVP, Strategic Affairs
Yaneth Mantilla Barón has more than 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles across the public and private sectors, with expertise in infrastructure, mining, strategic affairs and institutional relations. Prior to joining Aris Mining, she served as Director General of Bogotá’s Urban Development Institute (IDU), where she led an infrastructure program valued at approximately COP 40 trillion and oversaw more than 200 projects and procurement processes. She has also held senior roles within Colombia’s Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Finance and has led social, legal and corporate initiatives for companies in the mining, energy and natural resources sectors. Since 2021, Yaneth has led the socio-environmental repositioning of the Soto Norte Project and its institutional and community engagement. She is a lawyer with a postgraduate specialization in Government, Management and Public Affairs.
Guyana
Adrian Rollke
Country Manager, Guyana
Adrian Rollke has more than 30 years of international experience in the mining and resources sector, spanning project development, operations, corporate leadership, commercial management, and government and stakeholder relations. He has held senior executive and board-level positions with publicly listed and private resource companies across Southeast Asia, North and South America, and Africa, and has led major commercial and government negotiations, acquisitions and corporate transactions. Prior to joining Aris Mining, Mr. Rollke spent more than a decade in senior leadership roles associated with the development of the Awak Mas Gold Project in Indonesia, including as Executive Director of PT Masmindo Dwi Area and Country Manager of ASX-listed Nusantara Resources, where he helped advance the project from exploration through feasibility, development and construction readiness. At Aris Mining, he serves as Country Manager, Guyana, supporting the advancement of the Toroparu project and the company’s in-country activities. Mr. Rollke holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
